An attorney and private equity professional based in Boston, Jonathan Sablone has nearly three decades of experience as a lawyer and practice leader at multiple law firms throughout the United States. Between 2021 and 2025, he served as the managing director and chief litigation officer at the global private equity firm Delta Capital Partners Management, LLC. His responsibilities in this role involved managing a complex asset portfolio, running a global case portfolio, and supervising dozens of external law firms. Jonathan Sablone also served as the firm's global director of origination.

Before his time at Delta Capital, experienced attorney Jonathan Sablone spent two years as an equity partner and chair of the global private funds dispute team at DLA Piper, LLP, in Boston. During his time at DLA Piper, one of the world’s largest and most profitable law firms, he created and led an international corporate litigation group, among several additional international projects. He was also a practicing disputes lawyer. Between 1995 and 2019, Jonathan Sablone led a multi-million-dollar global business book as an equity partner and chair of Nixon Peabody, LLP's complex commercial disputes practice group.

Mr. Sablone received his juris doctor from Boston College Law School. He graduated cum laude from Harvard University with a degree in government.
